I still think there was a mugging and the victim escaped down the sewer. I dont see why that is so hard to believe geesh. That or there is a very dirty homless woman living in your sewer. Either or both equaly probable.
its actually April's bag she was being attacked by Shredders henchmen when Donatello pulls her out of harms way and down into the safety of the sewers...
